Ingredients:
-1 package of bangers (sausages) -2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed -1 tablespoon of butter -1 onion, chopped -2 cloves of garlic, minced -1/2 cup of beef or chicken broth -1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce -1/4 cup of heavy cream -Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the bangers on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through. 2. Meanwhile, place the potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside. 3. In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened. 4. Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet and cook until lightly browned. 5. Pour in the broth, Worcestershire sauce, and cream. Simmer for 5 minutes. 6. Add the cooked bangers to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
