Ingredients;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 8 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.
4. Add thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste.
